Currently, FLOCO is a young startup LLC functioning as a holdings company. Like many startups, we face financial constraints that limit our ability to maintain a payroll necessary for both internal operations and external growth. Embracing the resourceful spirit of our fox mascot, we’ve approached this challenge creatively. Instead of hiring traditional full-time staff, we collaborate with skilled professional freelancers on a project-by-project basis. These partnerships often involve non-traditional forms of compensation, such as assigning titles in recognition of their contributions or showcasing their work in a virtual portfolio to enhance their job prospects. This innovative approach provides value to both parties, enabling us to move forward while supporting freelancers in achieving their career goals.
