Kara Floyd serves as the Chief Operating Officer of FLOCO Holdings, where she plays a pivotal role in business operations, music production, and creative development. A wife, mother of four, homeschool educator, Sabbath School teacher, and an outspoken Mama Bear, Kara is also the founder and Chapter Chair of the Hernando County Chapter of Moms for Liberty, actively championing parental rights and children’s safety.
With a Master's in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources and a Sociology degree from the University of South Florida, Kara brings expertise and vision to FLOCO. She has helped grow Fox Fire Records' artist roster and served as Executive Producer on two of the label's albums, cultivating a strong music portfolio under FLOCO’s umbrella. Additionally, Kara is a published children’s author with three books to date: Because I’m a Girl, Because I’m a Boy, and her latest Amazon Best Seller, Can I Be A Pirate, co-written with her husband, CEO Monty Floyd.
As COO, Kara oversees FLOCO's operations in music and family-focused projects while passionately advocating for parental rights and safeguarding children from predators. Her dedication to FLOCO and its mission reflects her commitment to strengthening families, protecting communities, and empowering future generations.
