Monty Floyd is the CEO and Founder of FLOCO Holdings, a dynamic, family-run startup launched in the summer of 2024. Following his acquisition of a substantial catalog of intellectual property—including music, film, and television properties—Monty has rapidly transformed FLOCO into a leading force in entertainment investments and IP management.
In August 2024, Monty and his wife, who serves as FLOCO's COO, produced Vulpine Publishing's first Amazon Best-Selling children’s book, Can I Be A Pirate, which topped the Children’s Humor category for three consecutive weeks. Under Monty’s direction, FLOCO’s music division has thrived, with three Halloween albums reaching #3 worldwide on Spotify’s Halloween charts for three months straight. His strategic efforts have re-signed major artists, including Acre, a Catholic-Orthodox nu-metal band, and Allie Cat, a Korean-born pop-rock singer, both of whom are setting new benchmarks in their genres.
With Monty's leadership, FLOCO’s intellectual property catalog has tripled, expanding beyond music and books to include innovative projects in alternative media. FLOCO is actively developing a range of new media products, including board games, video games, graphic novels, podcasts, a gaming channel, and even an animated series currently in production.
In addition to his business pursuits, Monty is dedicated to defending parental rights, advancing public education reform, and protecting children and vulnerable groups from exploitation. A former collegiate hockey goaltender, he holds a Master’s degree in Human Service Administration, runs a small family farm, and serves as a Catholic Lay Minister. He is currently preparing to pursue a doctorate in Developmental Psychology at Liberty University, balancing his commitment to FLOCO, his family, and his passion for community advocacy.
